Job summary

Zetwerk in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead digitalisation programs from planning to delivery. You will own detailed project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary liaison for customer issues, risks, and progress.

The role requires strong communication and analytical skills, expertise in agile methods, and a proven track record in project management and observability concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Mechanical/ Civil/ Industrial engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion and delivery within scope.
• Be the sole Point of contact for all the customer issues related to the the digitalisation programs.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to ensure transparency and alignment.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Implement contingency plans as needed to address unforeseen challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate and manage project resources effectively.
• Conduct regular project reviews to assess and improve overall project quality.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
• Ensure timely communication & visibility of the charters across the stakeholder group.
