Job summary

iNube solutions in Bengaluru is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator/Manager to drive AI/ML initiatives from planning to delivery. You will define scope, timelines and roadmaps, coordinating with AI engineers, developers and business stakeholders to ensure milestones are met.

The role requires 4-5 years of AI project experience, a degree in IT/CS/Business, strong organizational skills, Jira familiarity, and a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and SDLC.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in AI/ML projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with Jira; PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and SDLC.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Main responsibilities and Opportunities:

• Project Planning & Execution
  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and timelines for AI projects.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including roadmaps, task lists, and reports.
  • Track project progress and ensure milestones are met.
• Team Coordination & Communication
  • Facilitate collaboration between AI engineers, developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings, capturing action points and follow-ups.
  • Communicate project updates and risks to senior management
• Risk & Issue Management
  • Identify potential project risks and work on mitigation strategies.
  • Escalate critical issues and roadblocks to senior leadership.
• Quality & Process Improvement
  • Ensure AI project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
  • Assist in optimizing workflows and project methodologies for AI development.
• Budget & Resource Management
  • Support in tracking project costs and resource allocation.
  • Work with HR to plan team hiring needs if required

Qualifications, work experience:
