To execute end-to-end placement operations for an assigned region by managing job postings, coordinating shortlisting and interviews, supporting recruiter interactions, handling offers and invoicing, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for students and recruiters.
As an Associate – Program Management (Regional SPOC) in the Career Advancement Services (CAS) department, the job holder is responsible for managing the execution layer of placement operations for a specific region. The incumbent will work closely with the Regional Manager, CBD team, Student Engagement (S&E), and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all placement-related activities.
The role involves handling multiple recruiter accounts, coordinating with students and internal teams, and ensuring all activities such as job postings, shortlist communication, interview scheduling support, offer management, and invoicing are completed within defined timelines.
The job holder is expected to maintain high levels of accuracy, responsiveness, and stakeholder coordination, contributing to a seamless placement experience. The role requires the ability to multitask, manage high volumes of transactions during peak cycles, and maintain strong attention to detail.
1.Regional Coordination & Responsibilities - a) Job postings, shortlists & offers across assigned CBDs (PGP & PGP YL) – released within 6 hours of request with ≥98% accuracy. b) Invoice follow-up & collection (Co25). c) Salesforce & Admission Data, Document Verification, Consent Forms
2.CAS PPT- PGP Co26 & YL - Co27 - a) Coordinating with CBDs and ASA for venue of PPT/CAS events. b) Notifying Logistics spocs on Venue for required arrangements c) sharing event reports and recorded PPTs for stakeholder visibility
3.Portal Enhancements and UAT - a) Drafting BRDs & Reviewing PRDs for Milestones b) Building Scenarios & User Acceptance Testing c) Functional alignment to Placement policy
4.Miscellaneous Activities - a) Assisting in IC hiring (assessments & selection), building training content. b) Creating Student & Recruiter Modules & Documentation. c) Supporting the team in completion of common activities like Profile Corrections, Consent Form Activation, Exit Process.
5.Placement Readiness - a) Smooth execution of physical/hybrid placements b) Plan interview-room & floor layouts, & service off-season placement processes across companies c) Manage student travel logistics
