• Graduation with 15 years’ experience in a large conglomerate.
• Ph.D./Masters with at least 5 patents and 5 years in a startup.
• Proficiency in Bloomberg terminal, Python for finance, open banking, algo trading, and financial modelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and finalize the school’s annual budget in alignment with the school objectives.
• Plan admissions strategies, marketing campaigns, digital marketing, outreach activities, and campus engagement events.
• Lead the school’s marketing and branding initiatives to enhance national and international visibility.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity.
• Coordinate with admissions, digital marketing, purchasing, and external agencies.
• Foster industry relationships to promote programs, organize industry-led sessions and site visits.
• Initiate and manage collaborations with companies relevant to the school's programs / specializations.
• Build networks with professional associations and global academic institutions.
• Facilitate signing of MOUs and ensure effective implementation of partnerships.
• Plan faculty manpower for upcoming academic sessions and ensure faculty-student ratios.
• Assess faculty requirements based on curriculum needs and student strength.
• Lead recruitment processes, including scrutiny of applications, interviews and demo lectures.
• Address faculty and staff concerns promptly, fostering a positive work environment.
• Provide mentorship, conduct performance appraisals, and support professional development.

Job Description for Associate Professor and Assistant Professor BFSI

1. Financial Management & Budget Planning

• Develop and finalize the school's annual budget in alignment with the school objectives.
• Establish short- and long-term financial objectives, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Monitor income and expenditure to maintain financial discipline within the approved budget.
• Regularly monitor and report on expenditure versus budget projections.
• Ensure timely fee collection, actively monitor outstanding dues, and implement recovery strategies.
• Recommend appropriate actions against fee defaulters while ensuring compliance with University policies.

2. Admissions, Business Development & Branding

• Plan and execute comprehensive admission strategies, including marketing campaigns, digital marketing, outreach activities, admission campaigns and campus engagement events.
• Lead the school's marketing and branding initiatives to enhance national and international visibility.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity.
• Coordinate seamlessly with departments including admissions, digital marketing, purchasing, and external agencies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adapt as necessary to meet enrolment targets.

3. Industry Networking & Partnerships

• Foster industry relationships to promote programs, organize industry-led sessions, workshops, and site visits.
• Initiate and manage collaborations with companies relevant to the school's programs / specializations.

• Ph.D. / Masters / with a minimum of 5 patents and 5 years of experience in a start-up.
