The Associate – Program Development (Finance) will support the Program Strategy Manager – Finance in designing, launching, and scaling high-impact finance learning courses. The role requires strong research and analytical skills, a good understanding of finance and accounting fundamentals, and an interest in education innovation.
The candidate will assist in executing program development activities, market research, curriculum design, and growth initiatives for finance programs.
Conduct research on emerging trends in finance, accounting, fintech, and investment management to identify new program opportunities.
Benchmark top finance programs offered by other institutes and assist in preparing business and curriculum proposals.
Collaborate with academic partners, SMEs, and internal content teams to support program design and development.
Support the end-to-end execution of program development plans, including timelines, documentation, and quality assurance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams—content, marketing, sales and training & placement operations—to ensure smooth launch and learner experience.
Maintain trackers for content progress, SME deliverables, and quality feedback.
Assist in analyzing learner feedback, NPS scores, and program performance to suggest actionable improvements.
Support program marketing efforts by preparing positioning briefs, learner personas, and outcome-driven narratives.
Contribute to dashboards, reports, and reviews for ongoing finance programs.
Track developments across BFSI, FinTech, and consulting sectors to keep programs aligned with industry needs.
Monitor job trends, certifications, and emerging skills in Finance.
Prepare insight reports on competitor offerings and learner demand.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field (MBA or finance certifications preferred).
2+ years of experience in any core finance roles.
Strong understanding of financial concepts — accounting, valuation, risk management, and financial modeling.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Excel (advanced), Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
Hands-on knowledge of using AI tools for productivity will be preferred.
