Job summary

Swish is building the next generation of rapid food delivery. We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to help us solve product and operational problems behind that promise.

You will own product problems end to end, turn data into decisions using SQL and dashboards, run experiments, and collaborate with kitchen, rider and operations teams to improve delivery experiences and ship impactful features quickly.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in product management, analytics, consulting, engineering or a similar problem-solving role
• Strong analytical skills with SQL and dashboards
• Structured thinking and the ability to break down ambiguous problems
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Curiosity about consumer tech, logistics and physical operations
• High ownership and a bias for action
• Ability to work closely with engineering, design, data and operations teams

Responsibilities

• Own product problems end to end – Identify opportunities, write PRDs, work with engineering and design to ship, and measure impact

• Run experiments – Design A/B tests and phased rollouts, analyse results and use learnings to improve the product

• Build smarter delivery experiences – Work with data science and engineering on delivery-time estimates, order operations and customer communication
• Drive execution – Track product health, write clear specs and work across teams to get things shipped

We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to help us solve the product and operational problems behind that promise.

What You’ll Own
