Impact Analytics in Bengaluru, Karnataka, is seeking a Solutions Consulting Manager to drive software delivery and user adoption for our Demand & Replenishment Planning platform. You will translate enterprise retail/CPG rules into platform parameters, own client workstreams, and guide super-users through onboarding, data validation and optimization.
Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in solution design, MBA or related masters, and experience with planning suites such as Blue Yonder, o9, Kinaxis,
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in solution design, systems configuration, or business analysis in an enterprise SCM software ecosystem.
- MBA or Master’s in SCM, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or Data Analytics preferred.
- Experience with planning suites such as Blue Yonder/JDA, o9 Solutions, Kinaxis RapidResponse, Anaplan, or E2open.
Responsibilities
- Support Business Discovery: Assist in executing business diagnostics and client workshops to document as‑is processes and gather future‑state configurations.
- Own Core Deliverables: Author functional specification documents, explicit user stories, and data‑mapping schedules ensuring seamless feature matching with IA's platform capabilities.
- Execute Network Mapping: Configure planning network logic for multi‑tier retail systems, handling baseline parameters for promotions, local distribution networks, and regional inventory routing.
- Platform Tuning & Calibration: Run configuration runs on the planning engine, validating outputs for forecast disaggregation, historical data cleaning, and product phase‑in/phase‑out logic.
- Data Harmony Validation: Review incoming data feeds from legacy client systems (ERP, POS), identifying anomalies, structural pipeline gaps, and data‑cleansing requirements.
- Scenario Modeling Support: Assist senior leadership in orchestrating Agentic AI scenarios, reviewing automated root‑cause logs generated by autonomous planning agents.
- Lead System Testing: Own user acceptance testing loops (UAT) and system integration testing (SIT), building test cases, logging defects, and seeing resolutions through to stabilization.
- Hypercare Execution: Act as the first line of functional support during post‑implementation hypercare phases, troubleshooting planner issues swiftly to safeguard business operations.
- Conduct Training Bootcamps: Deliver comprehensive application demonstrations and training sessions to customer analysts and inventory planners to secure deep operational adoption.

- Platform Exposure: Functional familiarity with planning suites such as Blue Yonder/JDA, o9 Solutions, Kinaxis RapidResponse, Anaplan, or E2open.
- Domain Knowledge: Core understanding of Retail/CPG supply chain foundations, including baseline statistical forecasting, inventory safety stock behaviors, and ABC segmentation.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong hands‑on capabilities with SQL databases, complex Excel logic, and data visualization software (Tableau or Power BI).
