Job summary

Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) in Mumbai is seeking an Associate Pre sales to assist Business Development. You will prepare solution documents, respond to RFP/RFI/RFQ, and coordinate with senior management for client presentations. Knowledge of HR processes and HRMS is required, along with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

The role emphasizes timely proposal submissions, accuracy, and collaboration with IT and Legal teams while maintaining confidentiality throughout client engagements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR services (Payroll, HR Compliance, HRMS)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with Google Slides/Docs and Microsoft PowerPoint/Word; ability to design workflows

Responsibilities

• Prepare solution documents, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, Proposal Notes, Presentations and Case Studies.
• Ensure timely submission of Proposal/RFP responses.
• Coordinate with Senior Management and other Stakeholders for Client Presentations and Demos
• Knowledge of HR processes and HRMS
• Coordination with IT on risk and information security client questionnaires, and with Legal for Client Contracts
• Observe strict confidentiality at all times.
