Responsibilities

• Manage daily outbound warehouse operations and dispatch activities.

• Ensure timely dispatch while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Update inventory movements and outbound transactions in SAP and WMS.
• Coordinate transport teams for smooth dispatch operations and vehicle placement.
• Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR) and coordinate with procurement for PO processing.
• Verify shipment quantities, documentation, and vehicle loading before dispatch.
• Monitor adherence to warehouse SOPs, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
• Prepare daily dispatch reports and maintain accurate warehouse records.
• Support inventory reconciliation and continuous process improvement initiatives.
