We’re looking for an Associate II in HR Operations to join our Hyderabad office. This is a full‑time position working the 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM shift, ideal for someone with 2‑4 years of HR operations experience who is ready to take on meaningful responsibilities in employee lifecycle management and HR process execution.
You’ll be at the heart of our HR operations, managing the complete employee journey from start to finish. Your days will involve conducting full‑cycle onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring every new hire has a smooth transition into our organization and every departing employee completes their exit properly. You’ll manage employee lifecycle changes, ensuring accurate records and proper documentation throughout an employee’s tenure.
Data management is crucial to this role. You’ll maintain qualitative data records in Excel and oversee proper management of contractual fields, serving as the backbone of accurate HR information. Working closely with both HR and IT teams, you’ll ensure that access provisioning and deactivation align perfectly with employee start and end dates, following all approval processes and company frameworks.
You’ll also take the lead on background check processing, assist in generating letters for various HR processes, and support the broader delivery of HR processes across our different locations. Preparing periodic HR reports on headcount, attrition, and attendance will give you valuable insights into our workforce metrics. Beyond day‑to‑day operations, you’ll contribute to process and policy documentation, helping to improve how we do things across the organization.
You’ll need 2‑4 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role. An MBA is preferred, though any bachelor’s degree will suffice. Beyond credentials, we’re looking for someone detail‑oriented who can manage multiple processes simultaneously, comfortable working with Excel and HR systems, and committed to ensuring compliance with company frameworks and approval procedures. Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate between different departments are essential.
