Job summary

Stryker in Mumbai is seeking a clinical support specialist to provide on-site guidance during surgical procedures and train surgeons and OR staff on robotic arm applications and instruments to ensure precise placement.

You will deliver in-services, prepare pre-operative CT scans with our robotics system for implant planning, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to raise product awareness. Willingness to travel up to 75% is required.

• Provide clinical product support to all end users, including on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures.
• Train surgeons and operating room staff, offering both clinical and technical support for operating the company’s robotic arm applications, associated equipment, and instruments to ensure optimal placement and precision.

• Use proprietary software to prepare pre-operative CT scans for use with the RIO/Robotic Arm Interactive Orthopedic System, assisting surgeons with implant planning, sizing, and positioning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues quickly and effectively to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to increase product awareness, highlight clinical benefits, and build strong relationships with key surgeons and OR staff.
• Provide product-related feedback to support continuous improvement and enhanced customer experience.
• Be ready to travel up to 75%.

• Clinical support experience—for example, as a medical field technician, application specialist, or in a similar role.

Preferences

• Education: B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering (preferred).
• Experience: 1-5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Operating Theatre (OT) Exposure: 1-3 years of hands-on OT experience preferred.
