Job summary

Qualifications

Clinical support experience in medical tech or similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High stress tolerance and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues.
Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical and technical support for robotic arm applications and instruments.
Train surgeons and OR staff; conduct in-services and customer education sessions.
Prepare pre-operative CT scans and assist with implant planning, sizing, and positioning.
Troubleshoot product issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to increase product awareness and build relationships with surgeons and OR staff.
Be ready to travel up to 75%.
