Job description

Work Flexibility: Field-based

Provide clinical product support to all end users, including on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures. Train surgeons and operating room staff, offering both clinical and technical support for operating the company’s robotic arm applications, associated equipment, and instruments to ensure optimal placement and precision. Deliver ongoing in-services and customer education sessions for assigned accounts. Use proprietary software to prepare pre-operative CT scans for use with the RIO/Robotic Arm Interactive Orthopedic System, assisting surgeons with implant planning, sizing, and positioning. Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues quickly and effectively to ensure high customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to increase product awareness, highlight clinical benefits, and build strong relationships with key surgeons and OR staff. Provide product-related feedback to support continuous improvement and enhanced customer experience. Be ready to travel up to 75%.

What You Need

Clinical support experience—for example, as a medical field technician, application specialist, or in a similar role. Strong customer focus with the ability to place customer needs at the center of everything you do. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High stress tolerance and strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues effectively. Flexibility to travel extensively within the region. Strong attention to detail, curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly. Fluency in English.

Preferences

• Education: B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering (preferred).
• Experience: 1-5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Operating Theatre (OT) Exposure: 1-3 years of hands-on OT experience preferred.

Remote - Role allows you to work the majority to 100% of time from an alternate workplace. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based - You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite - Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid - You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
