Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a detail-oriented SAP MDM Associate to support Master Data Management across SAP systems.

You will create, modify and validate master data records, perform data quality checks, resolve issues, and collaborate with procurement, finance and supply chain to ensure data accuracy and timely SLA-driven responses.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in SAP Master Data Management.
• Good understanding of SAP master data concepts (Vendor, Customer, Material, Purchasing, Finance).
• Knowledge of SAP transactions and data maintenance processes.
• Experience in data validation, data quality management, and issue resolution.
• Familiarity with ticketing/workflow tools (ServiceNow, JSM, Work-On, etc.) is preferred.
• MS Excel including filters, lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Process customer, vendor, material, and other master data requests within defined SLA timelines.
• Validate master data attributes including addresses, tax information, payment terms, purchasing data, and organizational assignments.
• Perform data quality checks to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy of records.
• Analyze and resolve master data-related issues and user queries.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to obtain clarifications and approvals required for data updates.
• Maintain process documentation and support audit/compliance requirements.
• Support master data migration, cleansing, and data governance initiatives.
• Monitor ticket queues and ensure timely closure of requests.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to MDM processes.

The candidate will work closely with business users, procurement, finance, supply chain, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience :

2-5 Years

Mandatory/requires Skills :

Hands-on experience in SAP Master Data Management.

Good understanding of SAP master data concepts (Vendor, Customer, Material, Purchasing, Finance).

Knowledge of SAP transactions and data maintenance processes.

Experience in data validation, data quality management, and issue resolution.

Familiarity with ticketing/workflow tools (ServiceNow, JSM, Work-On, etc.) is preferred.

Working knowledge of MS Excel including filters, lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis.
