Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited in Bengaluru seeks an SAP R/3 & S/4 MDM & MDG consultant with ITIL knowledge to manage end-user ITSM tickets and data governance workflows. You will troubleshoot CRs, configure MDG mappings, and maintain BRF+ based processes.

The role requires 4+ years in SAP MDG/MDM, BRF+, and Web Dynpro ABAP, with ServiceNow knowledge preferred. Strong communication and independent work ability are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years of SAP R/3 & S/4 MDM & MDG consulting experience.
• ITIL process knowledge required.
• Preferred: ServiceNow knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Consultant to handle end-user issues/tickets via ITSM.D(Service Now) tool.
• Troubleshoot and fix Change Requests (CR) in BRF+ and MDG flows.
• Configure and maintain CR Types and steps; analyze replication logs for data updates.
• Monitor and repair BRF+ workflows; adjust routing and agent determinations.
• Analyze and debug Web Dynpro components and Floorplan Manager configurations.
• Maintain and enhance integration mapping between SAP MDG and downstream systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot DRF failures, IDoc errors, and SOA web services.

Roles & Responsibilities :

General:

• Consultant expected to have basic understanding of ITIL framework to collaborate and handle with end-user issues / tickets raised via ITSM.D(Service Now) tool

• Excellent problem-solving, consulting and decision-making skills.

• Handling incident, problem tickets, service requests in SAP MDM & MDG module.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Desired Role Requirements:

• Core Functional Knowledge:

• Must have experience on specific master data domains (Material, BP) with knowledge of BRF+, FPM, Web Dynpro ABAP, and MDG API framework.

• Troubleshoot and fix the stuck, failed & locked Change Requests.

• Configure and maintain CR Types, change request steps.

• Analyze CR replication logs to ensure data successfully updates the staging and active areas.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and repair Rule-Based Workflows in BRF+.

• Adjust workflow routing and handle agent determinations.

• Analyze custom validations, derivations, and duplicate checks using BRF+.

• Experience on master data consolidation routines, including mass processing of data.

• Configure UI modeling (feeder classes, access classes) to meet changing business requirements.

• Analyze and debug the existing code, Web Dynpro components, and Floorplan Manager (FPM) configurations to resolve application errors.

• Maintain and enhance integration mapping between SAP MDG and downstream systems.

• Monitor and troubleshoot Data Replication Framework (DRF) failures, IDoc errors, and SOA web services.

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

B.E/B.TECH/MBA

Experience :

4+ years in SAP R/3 & S/4 MDM & MDG consulting

ITIL process knowledge

Preferred Skills :ServiceNow knowledge
