• Ensures the implementation of advanced analytics and reporting frameworks to track recruitment metrics within Enterprise, enabling data-driven decision-making and strategic adjustments


• Streamlines recruitment processes for permanent and contingent workers in operational roles, identifying bottlenecks and identifying changes to reduce time-to-hire without sacrificing quality


• Leads automation initiatives to reduce manual processes in recruitment, improving efficiency and scalability within EnterpriseGrade Descriptor


• Good understanding of procedures and concepts within own discipline and knowledge of these elements in other disciplines
