Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in analytical fields (Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or Engineering) preferred.
• MBA in any stream, including Aviation Management, is an added advantage.
• Prior 2 years of experience in analytics-oriented or revenue management roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maximize profitability of all flights on assigned markets by optimizing loads and yields.
• Use inputs such as competitor fares, network strengths, seasonality and demand forecasts to manage inventory on assigned flights.
• Coordinate with the sales team to gather market demand insights and adjust fares accordingly.
• Analyze booking performance across channels and products to ensure an optimal mix for assigned markets.

• Route Revenue Analysts will be assigned a set of markets (for example, Delhi - Bangalore) and will be responsible for meeting revenue and profitability targets for those markets.
• This is a highly critical role requiring strong analytical skills, high diligence, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Maximize profitability of all flights on assigned markets by optimizing loads (seats sold) and yields (fares), as appropriate.
• Use inputs such as competitor fares, relative network strengths (flight timings, etc.), seasonality, and demand forecasts to manage inventory on assigned flights effectively.
• Coordinate with the sales team to gather market demand insights and adjust fares accordingly.
• Analyze booking performance across channels and products to ensure an optimal mix for assigned markets.

Qualification

• Graduate degree in analytical fields such as Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering preferred.
• MBA in any stream, including Aviation Management, is an added advantage.

Work Experience

• Prior 2 Years of experience in analytics-oriented or revenue management roles is preferred.
