Responsibilities

• Program & Transformation Management
• Support end-to-end execution of global transformation programs aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Coordinate program planning, milestones, risks/issues, and cross-functional execution for timely outcomes.
• Maintain governance mechanisms for transparent tracking and informed decision-making.
• Contribute to the design of future-state processes and transformation roadmaps with business and technology partners.
• Help drive alignment and adoption of initiatives across regions and functions.
• Global Operations, Governance & Continuous Improvement
• Coordinate operating rhythms (weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews) to support data-driven performance management.
• Support governance, leadership reporting, and steering committee inputs.
• Help maintain consistent execution standards across global workstreams.
• Identify process gaps and support improvements that enhance scalability, quality, and operational maturity.
• Help build and apply playbooks, frameworks, and best practices to standardize operations.
• Promote data-driven decision-making, automation, and digital tool adoption.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program success.
• Support change management across communication, readiness, and adoption activities.
• Coordinate leadership forums, working groups, and transformation councils.
