Swiss Beauty in Gurugram seeks an Associate Manager - Performance Marketing to plan, launch, and optimize ads across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other platforms. You will manage campaigns, monitor ACOS/ROAS/CTR, and drive product visibility through paid and organic strategies.

The role requires 2–3 years in ecommerce performance marketing, deep knowledge of Advertising Console, and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills to build dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in performance or marketplace marketing for e-commerce brands.
• Deep understanding of Advertising Console of Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy Zepto etc.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and Google Sheets and marketplace reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Job description

Role: Associate Manager - Performance Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms like Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD), Flipkart PLA, PCA, Myntra Purplle etc., Quick Comm. Ads Blinkit, Swiggy Zepto.
• Monitor performance metrics like ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates across SKUs
• Drive new product launches with visibility strategies (paid + organic push)
• Optimize keyword targeting, product placement, and sponsored listings

Budgeting Media Planning:

• Allocate monthly performance budgets across channels and marketplaces
• Track daily spends and performance to ensure profitability and goal alignment
• Drive platform-specific promotional spends during sales/events (BBD, Prime Day, Pink Friday, etc.)

Data Analysis Reporting:

• Analyze traffic, conversion, and retention metrics from marketplace dashboards (Amazon Brand Analytics, Amazon PI, etc.)
• Create and present performance reports with actionable insights to internal stakeholders
• Maintain dashboards for campaign effectiveness, competitor benchmarking, and ROI

Collaboration Execution:

• Work closely with marketplace account managers to identify growth opportunities
• Coordinate with catalog, pricing, and supply chain teams to ensure campaign readiness
• Align with brand and creative teams to build high-converting ad assets

Key Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in performance or marketplace marketing for e-commerce brands
• Deep understanding of Advertising Console of Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy Zepto etc.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace reporting tools
• Hands-on with keyword optimization, bidding strategies, and marketplace algorithms
• Ability to manage multiple platforms, campaigns, and stakeholders simultaneously
