Job summary

HDFC Life is seeking an MIS professional to develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational MIS for analysis in Mumbai. You will create and sustain scorecards, and distribute management reports to campaign managers, sales teams, and senior leadership.

Role requires strong Excel/Power BI skills, VBA/macros, and 3–6 years of Life Insurance experience, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and able to generate/format reports effectively.
• Advanced Excel skills including complex functions; proficient with Power BI, VBA and Macros.
• Good communication and presentation skills for stakeholder updates.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional stakeholder management.
• 3-6 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational MIS for analysis
• Create and maintain daily operational scorecards to track and report on KPIs
• Provide support and maintenance of existing reports/dashboards
• Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner
• Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
• Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis
• Generate both periodic and ad-hoc reports as needed
• Share data cuts, dashboards, slide decks for various reviews with the campaign managers, sales teams and senior management.
• Identify the opportunities of automating the reports, snapshots and dashboards using advanced formulae, Macros, VB and other techniques.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
