Qualifications

• 1+ years in MIS/data reporting role.
• Advanced Excel & Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Basic SQL (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY).
• Power BI dashboards and data modelling basics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Consolidate data from portals, emails and internal systems.
• Maintain advanced Excel/Google Sheets trackers with formulas.
• Write and run basic SQL queries to extract and validate data.
• Support Power BI dashboards for management reporting.
• Identify data discrepancies and ensure report accuracy.
• Automate recurring reports to reduce turnaround time.
• Coordinate data inputs with cross-functional teams.

Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage data reporting, dashboards,

and analytics support for the team. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in

Excel/Google Sheets, with working knowledge of SQL and Power BI to support data-driven

decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards
• Consolidate data from multiple sources (portals, emails, internal systems) into structured reports
• Build and maintain advanced Excel/Google Sheet trackers (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP,
• Write and execute basic SQL queries to extract and validate data
• Support in creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards for management reporting
• Identify data discrepancies and ensure accuracy and consistency across reports
• Automate recurring reports to improve turnaround time
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data inputs

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience in an MIS/Data reporting role
• Excellent knowledge of Advanced Excel & Google Sheets (Pivot Tables,
• Basic knowledge of SQL (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, filtering/aggregation queries)
• Basic knowledge of Power BI (creating dashboards, visualizations, data modeling basics)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple reports/deadlines simultaneously
• Good communication skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders

Good to Have

• Experience in the insurance/reimbursement/claims domain
• Familiarity with Google Data Studio / Looker Studio
• Basic understanding of automation tools (Power Automate, Google Apps Script)
