Job summary

Plastics For Change is seeking a results-oriented Fulfillment Coordinator to manage end-to-end fiber orders with recyclers and internal teams. You will coordinate production planning, quality checks, packaging, dispatch, and documentation to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in textiles, recycling, or supply chain, strong Excel and ERP skills, and a collaborative work approach in a fast-paced environment. A graduate or master's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Master\u2019s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Administration, Textiles, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in fibers, textiles, recycling, plastic waste management, supply chain, or related industries.
• Experience in recycled fiber fulfilment, production coordination, order management, or logistics is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple orders, priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP or order management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with recyclers to maintain strong relationships and ensure fiber supply.
• Oversee production planning, packaging, delivery commitments, and quality checks.
• Resolve fulfilment issues, track orders, and ensure on-time delivery per schedules.
• Coordinate with Sales, Sourcing, Finance, Operations, and Logistics for updates and records.
• Monitor KPIs like On-Time Dispatch, On-Time Delivery, Fulfilment Rate and Quality Compliance.
• Support SOPs, trackers, and process improvements in fulfilment operations.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Recycler Coordination
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with recyclers to ensure consistent and reliable fiber supply.
• Coordinate with recyclers on production planning, material availability, quality specifications, packaging, and delivery commitments.
• Ensure recyclers adhere to agreed quality standards, packaging requirements, and delivery timelines.
• Resolve fulfilment-related issues and work with recyclers to improve service levels and reliability.
• Manage end-to-end fiber fulfilment from order confirmation to final delivery.
• Coordinate with recyclers to ensure material availability, timely production, quality compliance, packaging, dispatch schedules, and required documentation.
• Execute fulfilment plans based on order quantities, specifications, delivery timelines, and customer priorities.
• Track order status and proactively identify and resolve delays, shortages, and other fulfilment issues.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in line with agreed commitments and service

• 3. Quality Management
• Ensure fiber quality and quantity meet agreed customer specifications.
• Coordinate with recyclers and internal teams to resolve quality issues, rejections, and customer complaints.
• Ensure appropriate quality checks are completed before dispatch.
• Monitor recurring quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions with recyclers.
• Coordinate with recyclers and logistics teams for timely vehicle placement, pickup, dispatch, and delivery.
• Ensure proper packaging, labelling, stacking, and loading of material.
• Verify dispatch documentation and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth movement of material.
• Track shipments and proactively address transit delays or delivery issues.
• Ensure on-time delivery to customers as per agreed schedules.

• 5. Stakeholder Coordination & Process Improvement
• Coordinate with Sales, Sourcing, Finance, Operations, and Logistics teams for

• Monitor key metrics including On-Time Dispatch, On-Time Delivery, Fulfilment Rate, Quality Compliance, and Pending Orders.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive improvements in fulfilment, logistics, quality, and delivery processes.
• Maintain accurate fulfilment, order, dispatch, and delivery records.
• Support the development and implementation of SOPs, trackers, and process improvements to strengthen fulfilment operations.
