Job summary

DXC Technology Inc. in Chennai is seeking a facilities operations professional to maintain a safe, productive workplace while delivering minor capital and operational projects.

You will coordinate MEP and soft services, manage vendors, lead small-scale fitouts, supervise outsourced FM partners, monitor SLA/KPI performance, and optimize OpEx budgets while ensuring site compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, with focus on operations and workplace projects.
• Vendor management and cost-control experience.
• Ability to oversee MEP/soft services and safety monitoring.
• Space planning, fitouts, and relocations exposure.
• Budgeting, invoice review, and OpEx optimization.
• KPI/SLA drafting and performance tracking.
• Site compliance and contractor management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain seamless and safe workplace while executing minor capital and operational projects.
• Oversee MEP and soft services management with health & safety parameter monitoring.
• Vendor management and performance reviews.
• Lead small-scale office fitouts, seat reconfigurations, asset replacements, and space planning.
• Oversee hard services with outsourced FM organization.
• Supervise embedded contractors and 3rd-party providers and review SLA/KPI monthly.
• Manage OpEx budgets, PO processing, invoice approvals, and cost-optimization opportunities.
• Draft and monitor Performance Metrics & KPIs.
• Experience in facility relocations and decommissionings.
• Maintain site compliance.

• Operations & Workplace Projects management - Responsible for maintaining a seamless and safe workplace environment while executing minor capital and operational projects.
• MEP and soft services management & upkeep with health & safety parameter monitoring
• Vendor management
• Managing small-scale office fitouts, seat reconfigurations, asset replacements, and space planning initiatives.
• Oversee total facility maintenance across hard services with outsourced FM organization
• Supervise embedded contractors and third-party service providers conduct monthly SLA/KPI reviews and ensure contract adherence.
• Budget & Financial Administration: Manage site operational budgets (OpEx), process vendor purchase orders, review and approve invoices, and drive cost-optimization opportunities.
• Performance Metrics & KPIS drafting, review & measurement
• Have experience in facility relocations, and decommissionings
• Maintain compliance across site
