Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in India is seeking a Manager - Technical to lead MEP design reviews, ensure statutory approvals, and coordinate multi-discipline execution across electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.

You will manage shop drawings, approvals, and handover documentation while supporting planning and billing, tracking long-lead items, and ensuring change-management compliance. Strong English communication and leadership are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Review MEP design basis reports and ensure statutory approvals.
• Coordinate clash-free designs across disciplines and vendors.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Manage shop drawings, approvals, and handover documentation.
• Support planning and billing teams, track long-lead items, and ensure change management compliance.
• Guide contractors and consultants during execution and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with approval conditions and project timelines.
• Conduct training sessions for handover teams and manage closing reports.
