Job summary

DXC Technology Inc. seeks a finance operations professional to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost-tracking across Pan India leases and workplace projects. You will lead month-end closings, generate MOR/QBR metrics, and ensure accurate payment controls and contract management, contributing to enterprise-wide financial stewardship.

The role emphasizes data management for leases, invoices, and cost trends, with collaboration across finance teams to drive timely reporting and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in budgeting and cost control operations.
• Experience with cost forecasting and variance analysis.
• Experience in accounts payable processes and invoice tracking.
• Familiarity with lease accounting and contract management is a plus.
• Ability to generate financial closes and management reports (MOR/QBR).

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting with Finance.
• Prepare and present key financial metric reports in MOR & QBR.
• Track budgets, forecasts, and actuals to ensure financial control.
• Manage leases, seat counts, electricity spends, and related data.
• Track PO issuance and control; verify payments and approvals.
• Oversee contract management and cost auditing for fit-out projects.

Key Skills/ expertise required

• Preparation of zero-based budgets
• Tracking of monthly expenses budget forecast Vs actuals
• Ensure monthly invoices are received, paid & tracked
• Lease management and repository
• PO issuance tracking & control
• Monthly payment verification, approvals & tracking
• Databases management for Pan India Leases, seat counts, Electricity spends, etc
• Fit-out Cost Auditing: Analyze line-item and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for workplace fit-out projects and payment tracking against same
• Payment & forecast tracker updating and real time cost spend trends analysis
• Contract management & tracking
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing & reporting along with Finance
• Prepare and present key financial metric reports in MOR & QBR
