Cushman & Wakefield in Chennai, India, seeks a Manager - Technical to lead MEP coordination and oversee multi-disciplinary design execution. The role involves reviewing design basis reports, ensuring statutory approvals, and guiding contractors through installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.

You will manage shop drawings, approvals, and handover documentation, support planning and billing teams, track long-lead items, and ensure change

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with English proficiency.

• Strong attention to detail and observation ability.
