Job summary

Bizxpan Offshore Consulting in Navi Mumbai seeks an Associate Manager Compensation & Benefits to lead end-to-end compensation and benefits operations with a strong focus on US programs. You will manage annual reviews, salary planning, and benefit administration while coordinating with HR, Payroll, and Finance.

The role requires 11+ years in C&B or HR Operations and 5+ years in US programs, with team leadership and global stakeholder exposure.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or HR Operations.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in US Compensation & Benefits programs.

Responsibilities

• Managing annual compensation review cycles, merit increases, salary revisions, and bonus programs.
• Supporting year-end compensation planning and execution activities.
• Administering employee benefits programs including 401(k), COBRA, Healthcare, Welfare, Dental, and Vision Benefits.
• Coordinating with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of compensation and benefits processes.
• Performing compensation analysis, data validation, reporting, and audit activities.
• Managing employee benefit enrollments, reporting, compliance, and vendor coordination.
• Leading and mentoring team members while driving operational excellence and process improvements.
• Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, governance standards, and audit requirements.

Key responsibilities include:
