Indorama Ventures Global Shared Services is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end processes from requisition to payment. The role emphasizes SAP S4 HANA proficiency, data analytics, and cross-region collaboration to drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Working familiarity with SAP S4 HANA and PR-PO management.
• Experience with workflow tools, ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office, including large database handling.
• Ability to work in an international environment across different time zones.
• Ability to build relationships across regions and functions.
• Willing to work in US/NAM shift time zones.

Responsibilities

• Execute R2P transactions: issue POs, payment support, master data management.
• Deliver end-to-end procurement from requisition to payment.
• Provide procurement analytics for planning and category analytics.
• Provide MIS, analytics, dashboards support.
• Coordinate with Americas site personnel on strategic initiatives and contracts.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities across the organization.

Role & responsibilities

• Executing Requisition to Pay (R2P) transactional processes such as issuing POs, payment processing support, material & service master as well as contract & catalogue support; Source to contract processes including supporting RFXs and contract lifecycle management, Supplier management processes including supplier pre-quals, supplier information , supplier performance monitoring.
• Deliver procurement activities from purchase requisition to payment, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Provides tactical process support, such as for procurement analytics including, planning & category analytics, sourcing analytics, supplier analytics, transaction analytics.
• Provides tactical process support, such as for MIS, Analytics, Dashboards etc.
• Interaction with site level personnel in the Americas region on strategic initiatives and contract terms.
• Drive identification of continuous improvement opportunities throughout the organization.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-6 years of relevant experience in procurement management or related field (e.g., Purchase).
• Must have working experience in SAP S4 HANA, PR-PO Management.
• Experience with workflow management tools, and ERP systems (e.g. SAP), and Microsoft office applications, including managing large databases.
• Tenacity to work in international environment with operational challenges across different time zone / Countries / department.
• Ability to build relationships across the organization and geographic regions.
• Must be open to work in US/NAM Shift time zones.
