Job summary

Cognizant in Bengaluru, Karnataka is seeking an Associate - Legal to review and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and playbooks. You will liaise with internal teams to facilitate deal closures and help identify and mitigate legal risks in contracts.

The role also involves negotiating agreements with clients and vendors, preparing Management presentations, and maintaining internal data sheets and process records.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of contracts law and fundamental legal concepts.
• Experience in reviewing and drafting contracts and redlining them.
• Ability to negotiate contracts with clients and vendors.
• Ability to liaise with internal stakeholders to facilitate closures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
