Job Description

• Contract Management: Review, draft, and negotiate agreements, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Insertion Orders (IOs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
• Legal Research: Conduct research on advertising laws, data protection regulations, intellectual property rights, and other relevant legal topics.
• Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring company practices align with local and international laws, particularly concerning data privacy and advertising standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure contractual terms meet business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Holding a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Additional Certifications (Good to Have, but Not Mandatory)
• Contract Law (Harvard Online, Coursera, or similar)
• Data Protection & Privacy Laws (GDPR, CCPA, DPDP Act)
