Job summary

Svatantra Microfin in India invites applications for a Training role responsible for scheduling periodic training sessions across regions, coordinating with Head Office, and driving learning through assessments.

The candidate will analyse needs, prepare MIS reports using MS Excel and craft effective PowerPoint presentations, with willingness to travel 10-15 days monthly to rural interiors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in process training preferably in financial institution.
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken (English, Hindi & Regional language).
• Strong skill of making MIS Reports (MS Excel) and power point presentations.
• Ability to analyse data and to prepare accurate reports in a timely manner.
• Strong knowledge and exposure of MFI procedures and policies.
• Open to travel in rural interiors, roughly 10-15 days a month.
