Job summary

Tata Capital Finance Ltd is seeking a Regional L&D Manager for Patna to independently run the training centre and drive learning initiatives across the region. You will lead onboarding, induction, and ongoing skill-building for freshers, loan officers, branch managers and area managers.

The role requires strong knowledge of Microfinance, process training, policy compliance, and the ability to measure learning effectiveness through LMS reporting and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Regional Trainer or in a regional L&D role.
• Familiar with Microfinance industry, processes, policies and products.
• Postgraduate/Graduate in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional training centre operations and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Conduct pre- and post-recruitment orientation for fresher, loan officers, branch managers and area managers.
• Deliver monthly induction and refresher programs on product, process, policies and behavioral training.
• Identify training needs and assess capability, ensuring quality, compliance and audit readiness.
• Conduct IT systems and application training, including APIs and related tools; collaborate with regional stakeholders.

• Independently responsible for operational management of training Centre in your respective region.
• Pre & Post recruitment orientation programme for fresher, Loan officers, Branch Managers & Area Managers
• Monthly induction & refresher program on Product, Process, Policies & behavioural training in region.
• Training need identification, training assessment, capability building & qualitative aspects of business, process, compliance, audit, crm, Sales pitch. identifying target audience
• Process training on Loan Disbursement Process, Documentation & delinquency.
• IT Systems & application training, Different APIs,
• Collaborate with regional stakeholder and socialize learning journeys amongst region.
• Measure learning effectiveness through periodic interventions and assessments.
• Classroom conducting through LMS, maintain and captured all training details in LMS and report to HO and stakeholders
• Publishing monthly training dashboard.
