About the internship:
Talview is looking for an L&D Associate to lead training initiatives for its Managed Services team, which delivers online exam proctoring services to enterprise and education clients. The selected candidate will develop training programmes, manage a team of 7-10 trainers, and ensure that in-house and vendor resources are certified and ready for deployment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- 1. Manage end-to-end training activities, including induction, process certification, refresher training, and training sessions designed to address quality gaps.
- 2. Deliver live and virtual training sessions on proctoring protocols, platform usage, escalation procedures, and client-specific SOPs across different shifts and time zones.
- 3. Lead, mentor, and coach 7-10 trainers, allocating training capacity based on hiring requirements and account needs.
- 4. Create learning paths, assessments, certification criteria, and training content, including presentation decks, SOPs, videos, and job aids.
- 5. Coordinate with the Operations, Quality Assurance, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure that training materials remain accurate and up to date.
- 6. Train vendor resources and maintain consistent certification standards across internal and external teams.
- 7. Track training completion, assessment pass rates, time-to-productivity, and post-training quality.
- 8. Maintain accurate, organised, and audit-ready training records and documentation.
- 9. Identify training gaps and recommend improvements to enhance training effectiveness and service-delivery quality.

- Skills and Qualifications:
- 1. 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development, training, or capability building, including at least 1 year of experience leading a training team.
- 2. Experience in training high-volume operations, BPO, or service-delivery teams.
- 3. Ability to develop curricula and training content from scratch.
- 4. Strong facilitation skills and excellent written and spoken English communication.
- 5. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), assessment tools, and content-authoring tools.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 1. Experience in EdTech, online proctoring, assessments, or vendor workforce training.
- 2. Relevant certification in Learning & Development or instructional design.
- 3. Awareness of data privacy and examination security practices.
