Job summary

Noguilt Fitness And Nutrition is seeking a Senior Associate - Last Mile Logistics to manage end-to-end domestic and international shipment operations from Gurgaon, coordinating with courier partners, warehouses, and support teams to ensure timely delivery.

You will track shipments, resolve delays, handle customs docs for international shipments, monitor performance metrics, and support invoicing and cost optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in logistics, e-commerce or last-mile ops.
• Hands-on experience managing domestic and international shipments.
• Strong understanding of NDR, RTO, TAT, shipment ageing and delivery exceptions.
• Experience working with multiple courier or logistics partners.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and analytics.
• Excellent communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Data-driven approach to monitoring logistics performance and cost-saving opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end domestic and international shipment operations.

Specifically, this role will involve:

• Managing end-to-end domestic and international shipment operations.
