Job summary

Roundglass Foundation invites applications for an IT Support role based in Mohali, India. You will perform hardware configuration, software license allocation, and installation while updating onboarding/offboarding trackers.

You will interact with users and shadow senior IT staff to provide L1 support, with a focus on escalation procedures and remote/boardroom setups. The role requires willingness to work in a 24x7 environment with various shifts, including night shifts, and a proactive approach
