Responsibilities

• Categorise and enter support and operations tickets for financial transactions.
• Process offline investment mandate forms and verify documents.
• Validate Know Your Customer (KYC) documents online and offline per regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with AMCs and RTAs to track processing and maintain receipts for audit.
• Support onboarding of new clients and Mutual Fund Distributors on AssetPlus platform.
• Collaborate with sales and support to resolve queries and escalate as needed.
• Track and reconcile transactions across fixed deposits, NPS, PMS, and other assets.
• Update SOPs, logs, and internal process documentation to reflect changes.

Job description

As an Operations Intern, you will support our operations team in executing daily processes that power

India’s leading digital wealth distribution ecosystem. From KYC verification to transaction reconciliation

and stakeholder coordination, you'll gain real-world fintech experience while contributing to the smooth

functioning of our operational backbone.

Responsibilities

• Accurately categorise and enter support and operations tickets based on the type of financial transaction (e.g., mutual fund, fixed deposit, pension investment).
• Assist in processing offline investment mandate forms, verifying bank account proof documents, and reviewing customer-submitted documents.
• Validate Know Your Customer (KYC) documents through both online and offline channels, following regulatory compliance standards.
• Coordinate with Asset Management Companies (AMC) and Registrar, and Transfer Agents (RTA) to track the processing status of investment transactions and maintain official acknowledgement receipts for audit purposes.
• Support the end-to-end onboarding of new clients (online and offline) and Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) on the AssetPlus platform, ensuring complete and correct documentation.
• Collaborate with internal sales and customer support teams to follow up on unresolved operational queries and elevate issues for resolution when necessary.
• Track and reconcile financial transactions related to corporate fixed deposits, the National Pension System (NPS), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and other asset classes, ensuring all updates are reflected accurately in internal dashboards.
• Assist in maintaining and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), operational logs, and internal process documentation to reflect changes or improvements in workflow.

Must-Have

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
