Job summary

ReNew Energy is seeking an IMS Coordinator in Gurugram to maintain ISO 9001:2015/2026, ISO 14001:2015/2026 and ISO 45001:2018 compliant systems, update procedures, and support audits with robust record-keeping. You will coordinate document control, audit findings, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a engineering/science graduate, familiarity with 7QC tools, RCA, and 8D analysis, and a proactive approach to compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Engineering/Science with strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of quality tools (7QC, RCA, 8D) and internal auditing processes desirable.
• Experience with ISO standards and document control is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update IMS procedures, SOPs, formats, registers, and Master Document List per ISO 9001:2015/2026, ISO 14001:2015/2026 and ISO 45001:2018.
• Ensure document control, revision status, filing, retrieval, and traceability.
• Support audits (internal, external, certification, surveillance) and track corrective actions.

Job Role : IMS Coordinator

Key Responsibilities of the Role :

• Maintain and update IMS procedures, SOPs, formats, registers, records, and Master Document List as per international standards ISO 9001:2015/2026, ISO 14001:2015/2026 and ISO 45001:2018
• Ensure proper document control, revision status, filing, retrieval, and record traceability.
• Support preparation and coordination of internal, external, certification, and surveillance audits.
• Maintain audit findings, NC, observation, corrective-action, and improvement trackers.
• Proactively follow up and coordinate with process owners for pending actions and elevate overdue items to the IMS Coordinator.
• Certified IMS Internal Auditor
• IMS Performance Monitoring
• Knowledge on 7QC tools, RCA, 8D analysis

Basic Qualification: Graduate in Engineering/Science
