The role involves tracking key KPIs, identifying underperforming turbines, and coordinating with the O&M team for corrective actions, while ensuring data accuracy and safety compliance.

Qualifications

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily performance of Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) and wind farm assets.Analyze SCADA data, generation reports, turbine availability, and performance trends.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Availability, Performance Ratio (PR), Capacity Utilization Factor (CUF), and Generation Losses.Identify underperforming turbines and coordinate with the O&M team for corrective actions.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and dashboards.Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for turbine outages, derating events, and generation shortfalls.Support predictive and condition monitoring activities using operational data.Monitor grid availability, transmission losses, and curtailment events.Coordinate with site teams, OEMs, and central monitoring teams to improve plant performance.Ensure accurate data management and reporting in accordance with organizational requirements.Maintain compliance with safety standards, operating procedures, and quality guidelines.
