Job summary

ReNew is seeking a senior professional to lead the accounting and F&A for the Business Unit in Gurugram. You will drive financial statements, treasury, control frameworks and ERP initiatives to ensure compliant and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate holds CA or Masters in Finance with 12–15 years of post-qualification experience, and a track record in Ind AS, GST and tax compliance. You will lead a team and partner across sites to optimize working capital and profitability.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA or Masters from reputed institution.
• 12-15 years of post-qualification experience in accounting & F&A.
• Strong knowledge of Ind AS, GST, TDS, Income Tax.

Responsibilities

• Lead the accounting and F&A processes for the Business Unit.
• Oversee treasury and cash flow management.
• Plant Finance Accounting Activities, Manufacturing Accounting.
• Establish and maintain internal Financial controls and Ind AS compliance.
• Lead system/ERP implementations.
• Manage month end closure, Trial Balance closing, account reconciliation, variance and reporting.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Review and analyse general Ledger and Trial Balances.
• Manage Working Capital, P&L and Balance Sheets.
• Lead Audit.
• Handling Books and ensuring controls at units/locations.
• Ensure tax compliance.
• Manage and own F&A functions – AP, AR, GL, FA, banking and payment.
• Ensuring timely monthly, quarterly and annual GST, TDS, Income Tax compliance.
• Overall controlling on Inventory records, movement and valuation.
• Automation of the processes, team building.
• Manage a team.

Roles and Responsibility

The role will be responsible to lead the accounting and F&A processes for the Business Unit. Major KRA includes :

1. Prepare and Review Financial Statements according to Ind AS.
2. Oversee Financial operations including treasury and cash flow management.
3. Plant Finance Accounting Activities, Manufacturing Accounting.
4. Establish and maintain internal Financial controls and Ind AS compliance.
5. Lead system/ERP implementations.
6. Manage month end closure, Trial Balance closing, account reconciliation, variance and reporting.
7. Manage account receivables and payables.
