Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or IT.
• 2-4+ years of experience in monitoring and troubleshooting network devices.
• Experience with Cisco and Juniper platforms is required.
• ServiceNow experience and ITIL familiarity are preferred.

Responsibilities

Associate II, Network & Server Operations### Associate II, Network & Server OperationsApply: Not applicable: Bangalore, India: Full time: Posted Today: End Date: November 27, 2026 (30+ days left to apply): R-2026-50378**Summary of Position:*** Act as a primary contact for infrastructure-related services, ensuring alignment with internal standards and guidelines.* Collaborate with various teams to maintain service quality, security, and compliance.* Participate in service reviews, continual improvement and change management sessions.* Monitor, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain the data center, LAN, WAN, Voice & Video and Public Cloud infrastructure, focusing on resiliency and security.
