Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Technical Lead to oversee design, automation, and operation of the Digital Health cloud platform from Bengaluru. You will drive AWS/EKS, IaC, CI/CD, observability, security, and AI analytics capabilities to deliver scalable, compliant healthcare solutions.

The role requires 7+ years of experience in AWS cloud architecture, Kubernetes (EKS), Terraform, and GitOps, with a focus on HIPAA-regulated environments. Relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience with AWS Cloud Architecture and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Proficiency in Terraform / Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with GitOps (ArgoCD) and Helm.
• Strong monitoring/observability skills (Datadog or similar).
• DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering practices in regulated environments (HIPAA).
• Ability to enable AI analytics through scalable cloud infrastructure.
