Qualifications

• Subject matter expert in next-gen assembly process and facility planning.
• Experience with AssemblyTools selection and MES integration.
• Hands-on experience with assembly line hardware (manipulators, X-Y rails, Zibcranes).
• Proficient in SPM design and developments.
• Electrical control systems experience, software and hardware.
• Experience implementing EOL testing facilities and MES systems.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical schematics, control panel layouts, BOMs using AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN.
• Select sensors, relays, VFDs and safety components.
• Develop PLC logic (Ladder, ST, FBD) on platforms like AB, Siemens, Schneider, Mitsubishi.
• Create HMIs and SCADA graphics; integrate PLCs with robots and MES.
