About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven App Growth Associate to join our digital growth and campaign operations team. The role involves managing app marketing campaigns, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and supporting user acquisition initiatives across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and manage app campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM platforms
• Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
• Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, installs, conversions, and ROAS
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• Analyze campaign trends and share actionable insights
• Coordinate with creative, CRM, and product teams for campaign execution
• Ensure smooth setup and launch of campaigns using bulk upload tools
• Raise early alerts for performance drops or campaign issues

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of experience in digital marketing, app marketing, or campaign operations
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Google Ads (UAC)
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • CRM tools like MoEngage
  • Attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer or Adjust
• Strong knowledge of app marketing KPIs and campaign tracking
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Good to Have

• Experience with deep linking and bulk campaign setup tools
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications
• Prior experience in app growth or performance marketing teams
