Linde India is seeking an Associate General Manager - Planning to manage the planning and scheduling of execution work, ensuring safety and timely delivery across engineering, procurement, construction and handover phases.

The role involves developing integrated project schedules, tracking progress, identifying delays, and implementing recovery strategies, with collaboration across PM, Engineering, Procurement, QA/C, HSE and other stakeholders.

• Perform critical path analysis and identify potential schedule risks and delays with recovery plans.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/C, HSE and other stakeholders for schedule integration.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover phases to ensure alignment with project objectives, contractual commitments, and execution strategies.
• Establish baseline schedules, track project progress against approved plans, analyze schedule variances, and implement timely corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery within approved timelines.
• Perform critical path analysis, monitor critical and near-critical activities, identify potential schedule risks and delays, and recommend effective recovery and mitigation plans to minimize project impacts.
• Collaborate closely with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/C, HSE, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless schedule integration, resource optimization, and effective project coordination.
• Monitor project performance, assess actual progress against planned targets, and provide accurate forecasting of milestones, deliverables, and project completion dates.
• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, dashboards, look-ahead schedules, and management updates to support informed decision-making and project governance.
• Participate in project review meetings, communicate schedule performance, risks, and recovery strategies, and support the successful achievement of project scope, quality, budget, and schedule objectives.

• Finally, you will participate in project review meetings, communicate schedule performance, risks, and recovery strategies, and support the successful achievement of project scope, quality, budget, and schedule objectives

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

• You must be having a bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, electrical, or related discipline and have at least 12-18 years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling
• SAP PS is preferred
