Job summary

Wonder Cement Ltd. in Delhi Region seeks an experienced sales professional to execute regional sales targets and drive dealer network expansion.

You will coordinate with Sales Manager and Zonal Head, align planning to JCP, and forecast demand for your districts while ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction through Technical Services collaboration. You will manage dealer relationships, implement promotions, and track performance using SOPs and designated platforms.

• Proven experience in dealer network management and channel partnerships.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Execute the regional sales targets in coordination with the Sales Manager/Zonal Head.
• Ensure alignment of sales planning to JCP and review performance against targets for course correction.
• Coordinate with Technical Services to ensure highest standards of customer satisfaction.
• Support Zonal Head and Sales Manager in conducting periodic demand forecasting for own districts.
• Adhere to periodic sales targets set by Zonal Head or Sales Manager.
• Update the detailed sales tracker with numbers, targets, and products sold for performance analysis.
• Follow SOPs to sell products and record sales across channels.
• Comply with internal technology platforms for tracking sales performance and attendance.
• Support expansion of the dealer network to maximize market penetration and volumes.
• Onboard and activate channel partners through drives and campaigns.
• Roll out trade discounts, promotions, and schemes aligning with objectives.
• Encourage dealers to avail cash discounts.
• Build relationships with dealers/sub-dealers/ influencers via CRM activities.
• Resolve dealer issues within stipulated timelines.

Executing Sales Strategy:

• Execute the targeted sales numbers for region in co-ordination under guidance of Sales Manager/ Zonal Head
• Ensure alignment of own sales planning to JCP
• Seek regular review of own sales performance against the set targets and plan for course correction as required
• Coordinate with the Technical Services team to ensure highest standards of customer satisfaction
• Support Zonal Head and Sales Manager in performing periodic demand forecasting for own districts

Sales Operations:

• Adhere to periodic sales targets as set by Zonal Head or Sales Manager
• Update in detail the sales tracker with numbers achieved, target set, product sold in order to help performance tracking and analysis
• Adhere to defined standard operating procedures to sell products and record sales
• Adhere to internal technology platforms requirements for tracking sales performance, attendance

Dealer Network management:

• Support expansion of dealer network to maximize market penetration & sales volumes
• Onboard and activate potential channel partners through drives and campaigns
• Roll-out trade discounts, promotions and schemes in line with functional objectives
• Encourage dealers to avail cash discount
• Drive strong relationships with dealers/sub-dealers/other influencers through CRM activities
• Resolve issues of dealers within stipulated timelines.
