Linde South Asia Services Pvt. Ltd. in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, is seeking an Associate General Manager for Corporate Strategy & Project Management to build India’s corporate strategy and drive growth projects in close interaction with leadership.

This role also oversees the company’s BI program and CX initiatives. The candidate will work with senior leaders to translate strategy into actions across business teams, track progress through the PMO, and present performance analyses.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or commerce with MBA in Finance and/or Marketing.
• Total experience 12–15 years with at least 3 years in corporate growth/strategy.
• Experience in Sales or Marketing in Industrial Gases/Chemical/Hydrocarbon is a plus.

• Develop the organization’s corporate strategy in close partnership with senior leadership.
• Translate corporate strategy into growth actions for various business teams.
• Manage the project control office to track, review and drive growth projects.

Making an impact. What will you do?

• In this role you will work closely with the senior leadership of the organization to develop the organization's corporate strategy
• Further, you will work with the growth & strategy teams to translate the corporate strategy into specific growth actions for various business teams
• Additionally, you will manage the project control office to track, review and drive actions on various growth projects
• Furthermore, you will manage the company's Business Intelligence Program covering market opportunities, competition tracking, industry developments & economy trends
• Moreover, you are in charge for managing the CX program including annual survey, report and actions
• Working closely with senior leadership on business performance analysis and presentation is a part of your responsibility

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

• You have a bachelor's degree in engineering or commerce with MBA in Finance and/or Marketing
• Further, you have twelve to fifteen (12-15) years of total experience with minimum three (3) years' experience in a Corporate Growth & Strategy role. Experience in Sales or Marketing function in Industrial Gases/Chemical/Hydrocarbon sector will be an advantage
