Linde South Asia Services Pvt. Ltd. in India is seeking an Associate General Manager for Corporate Strategy & Project Management to shape the MPG Growth & Strategy for the region.

You will drive growth initiatives, coordinate with senior leadership, and ensure alignment of strategy with execution across diverse business teams. The role emphasizes analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership in a fast-paced industrial gases context, with on-site Bangalore deployment and a focus on

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or commerce with MBA in Finance and/or Marketing.
• Twelve to fifteen (12-15) years total experience with minimum three (3) years in Corporate Growth & Strategy.
• Experience in Sales or Marketing in Industrial Gases/Chemical/Hydrocarbon sector is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the organization's corporate strategy in close interaction with senior leadership.
• Translate corporate strategy into concrete growth actions for various business teams.
• Manage the project control office to track and drive actions on growth projects.
• Oversee the Business Intelligence program covering market opportunities, competition, trends.
• Manage the CX program including annual survey, reporting and actions.
• Work with leadership on business performance analysis and presentations.

Making an impact. What will you do?

• In this role you will work closely with the senior leadership of the organization to develop the organization's corporate strategy
• Further, you will work with the growth & strategy teams to translate the corporate strategy into specific growth actions for various business teams
• Additionally, you will manage the project control office to track, review and drive actions on various growth projects
• Furthermore, you will manage the company's Business Intelligence Program covering market opportunities, competition tracking, industry developments & economy trends
• Moreover, you are in charge for managing the CX program including annual survey, report and actions
• Working closely with senior leadership on business performance analysis and presentation is a part of your responsibility

Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?

• You have a bachelor's degree in engineering or commerce withMBA in Finance and/or Marketing
• Further, you have twelve to fifteen (12-15) years of total experience with minimum three (3) years' experience in a Corporate Growth & Strategy role. Experience in Sales or Marketing function in Industrial Gases/Chemical/Hydrocarbon sector will be an advantage
