Job summary

Open Links Foundation in India is seeking an Associate to lead 3-6 month assignments across head office and field teams, diagnose process gaps, and implement end-to-end improvements onsite in Maharashtra and Chhattisgarh.

You will build efficient systems, drive governance, coordinate cross-functionally, produce dashboards and reporting structures, and help reduce manual work.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate from a top-tier institution with a strong academic record.
• 2-4 years of experience in execution-heavy roles (operations, consulting, ed-tech, startups, social impact, or similar).
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and embed into a new team every 3–6 months.
• Comfortable making judgement calls under pressure without waiting for permission.

About The Role

This role involves leading critical 3-6 month assignments across various teams, diagnosing process gaps, and implementing end-to-end improvements. The Associate will be instrumental in building efficient systems and driving program governance to enhance operational effectiveness. This is a Full Time position based in Maharashtra & Chhattisgarh, India, and the work mode for this position is Onsite.
