Job summary

Apex Group invites a Financial Reporting Analyst to join our global team in India. You will prepare financial statements for Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Real Estate across IFRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP, and other GAAPs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will gather data, resolve queries from Onshore, Client, Auditor and Director, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive culture with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA/ACCA/MBA Finance or CFA or equivalent accounting qualification.
• 1-4 years in Financial Reporting.
• Experience in Hedge Fund reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of capital markets and derivatives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements of Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Real Estate, Manco, etc., in multiple GAAPs (IFRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP, Lux GAAP, Canadian GAAP).
• Receive required data for the preparation of financial statements in multiple GAAPs.
• Resolve queries raised by Onshore, Client, Auditor and Director.

As a Financial Reporting Analyst, you will receive a receipt of the required data to prepare financial statements. In your first week in this Financial Reporting role, you can expect to:

• Prepare financial statements of Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Real Estate, Manco, etc., in multiple GAAPs, mainly in IFRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP, Lux GAAP and Canadian GAAP
• Receive required data for the preparation of financial statements in multiple GAAPs
• Resolve queries raised by Onshore, Client, Auditor and Director.

To apply for this Financial Reporting role, you will need a professional qualification, CA, CPA, ACCA, MBA (Finance), CFA, or any course specialized in accounting. You will also require the following:

• 1-4 years in Financial Reporting
• Experience of Financial Reporting in Hedge Fund
• Manual experience of reporting in IFRS/US GAAP is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of capital market and derivatives.
