Job summary

RTX in Bengaluru seeks a data analytics professional to collect and validate operational data, and to develop dashboards for leadership reviews. You will partner with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to deliver insights and drive process improvements using Microsoft tools.

The role offers exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, and AI-enabled analytics in a global aerospace manufacturing context, with opportunities to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience.
• Basic understanding of data analytics and data visualization concepts.
• Exposure to Microsoft tools and/or Tableau through projects or internships.
• Familiarity with AI tools and interest in applying them to engineering processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

• Collect, validate, standardize, and maintain operational and quality data across business systems.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Aerospace, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related discipline).
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Basic understanding of data analytics and data visualization concepts.
• Exposure to Microsoft tools and/or Tableau through academic projects, internships, certifications, or professional experience.
• Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in applying them to engineering and business processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn, collaborate, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications We Prefer

• Internship or project experience involving data analytics, business intelligence, or process improvement.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Experience creating dashboards, KPIs, and automated reports.
• Exposure to manufacturing, engineering, or operations data.
• Relevant certifications in Power BI, Tableau, AI, Data Analytics, or Microsoft technologies.
• Self-motivated individual with a continuous learning mindset and curiosity for emerging technologies.
